StudentHub Satisfaction Guarantee
At StudentHub.com we want to ensure that you have satisfactory experience. If for
any reason you are displeased, we will refund your account up to $25.
In order to obtain a refund you must do take the following actions:
1) Leave a detailed feedback on the tutors’s profile describing why you are unhappy
with the call.
2) Give the tutor a feedback rating of 1 star.
3) Fill out our Customer Support form within 3 days of having your call take place.
Be sure to include when the call occurred, the duration of the call, and how much
was deducted from your account for this call.
When we receive your form we will then review it and take into consideration the
claims you are making. We reserve the right to credit your account partially or
entirely for the transaction. If you are making an illegitimate or unreasonable
claim we could also deny your refund completely.
In order for us to credit your user account, you must have a registered PayPal account
under your account. We will credit up to one unsatisfactory call per month (30 days).
